| |
Work closely with the business team to align scope and deliverables to direct projects.
You develop project plans.
You are involved in solution design.
Monitors project scope and timeline.
In addition to participate or leading projects, EAS Analyst follows established SDLC within the organization
(Requirements Gathering, Solution Design, Solution Development, Testing, Go-Live and Post Go-Live Support).
Work closely with the team members in other regions and keeps the communication flow.
Spend about 20 % - 25 % of time providing production support in the area of Service and Field Service Operations.

Ihr Profil |
|
| |
BS degree in information systems or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years experience in a business analyst role.
Knowledge and experience with the SAP CRM Service Module.
Minimum of 3 years of direct technical experience with SAP CRM 5.0 or higher, that includes an understanding
of CRM integration (middleware) with ECC.
Direct Experience with Call Center functionality/systems and Customer Field Service functionality of SAP CRM.
Experience in converting requirements into designs/configurations in SAP CRM as well as testing, reviewing and implementing plans with the business and user groups.
Skills to ensure CRM designs are aligned with the overall SAP solution strategy and leverage the core systems features into CRM where appropriate.
Strong organizational skills in terms of project management, meeting facilitation and solutions transfer back to the business.
Experience in leading small to medium projects.
Strong communication skills.
Fluent in German and English.
Willing to travel up to 25 %.
